Course Objectives
Understand the qualities and skills required for effective instruction.
Understand different learning styles and be familiar with the basic principles of instruction. Know how to plan and prepare lesson plans and deliver practical training
Learn how to conduct training needs analysis
Develop self confidence in presentation and delivery techniques. Know how to supervise trainee practice, evaluate and assess the training and keep training records
Gain practical experience of preparation, delivery and evaluation.

Credit Value: One credit at FETAC level 6.
NOTE: The duration of the course can be reduced if companies do not require the FETAC accreditation
