Reception Skills Course

The 'front office' is sometimes described as the face of the organisation. Receptionists and frontline staff play a key role in marketing a company and establishing goodwill.

As the first contact point, either on the telephone or face to face, that a customer or client has with an organisation, it is important that they project an efficient and professional image.
