Many people ignore or are reluctant to seek help for this serious
health issue. This programme aims to increase awareness of the
stressors in life and to introduce individuals to useful tools to
overcome everyday stress.
Programme Objectives
At the end of the programme each participant will:
Understand the effects of stress on a person
Identify the sources of stress in their lives
Understand the principles of the "Relaxation Response" technique – the antidote to stress
Have acquired a practical tool kit of techniques to integrate into their daily life
