Communication Skills Course

Good communications is an essential process in any organisation and a vital ingredient for success. It plays a key role in every aspect of a company's functioning. Essentially bad communications can lead to poor working relationships and often conflict within the organisation.

The course looks at simple concepts that can be easily applied to both work and personal life with significant positive results.

  • The importance of effective communications in building good relationships in the workplace.
  • The golden rule - the 6 W's of communications
  • The interpersonal communication process
  • One-way versus two-way communications - watching personal signals, body language and feedback
  • Presenting yourself to colleagues and clients
  • Explaining, persuading and negotiating
  • Examining barriers to communications and how to overcome them
